CURRENT OPERATIONS IN LIGHT OF COVID-19

We are continuing to take all precautions suggested by state and local authorities, as well as the CDC and World Health Organization to ensure we are playing our part in keeping our community healthy in light of the recent pandemic.

Currently, our dining rooms at both our East Nashville and Charlotte Avenue locations remain closed, but we are working hard to get them back open on a limited basis by June 15, 2020. We will update our website and social media when a reopening date has been determined.

In the meantime, we appreciate your continued support through carry-out orders. We encourage you to order with limited interaction through our website, the Five Points Pizza app (text 5POINTS to 33733 for the download link) or by calling in your order for pick-up at either location’s carry-out window. We also offer delivery from both locations through Postmates.

As we continue to discourage cash transactions for health precautions, we will be requesting credit card information for phone orders and have single use pens available for signing receipts. Online orders do not require signature upon pick-up.

When you arrive to pick-up your order, please follow the direction of the posted signs to ensure a smooth and safe carry-out service experience. You will also see guidance for keeping 6’ between you and other guests in line.

DO YOU SERVE BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR?

While our dining rooms remain closed, we are currently offer 6-packs of local and regional beers available for carry-out.

DO YOU CATER?

We don’t provide traditional catering services, but we would love to work with you on an advance large order for your event. Give us a call or send us a message on our contact form, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible to help ensure that you order the correct amount and stay within your budget. Our phone lines open at 10:00am.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently have exclusive delivery with Postmates, and you can place an order for delivery on our website by clicking “Delivery by Postmates,” by downloading the Postmates app, or going to www.postmates.com. Service fees for this service are to be determined from time to time by Postmates. We hope that our delivery partner is delivering food in a timely and professional manner. During times of high volume, delivery service may not be available.

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

Our dough is 100% vegan and you may substitute vegan cheese on any pizza or Stromboli for a small upcharge. Garlic knots may also be made vegan by requesting that the kitchen leave off the pecorino romano.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

We make our dough from scratch and hand-toss our pies, so there is flour everywhere (in the mixer, in the ovens, on the make-line, in the air, and covering our kitchen employees). Unfortunately, as much as we would love to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we just don’t have an area in the kitchen available to dedicate to making truly gluten free items.

NUT ALLERGIES

We keep walnuts on the salad line and use them in our pesto sauce, however, our
employees have been trained to take all allergies very seriously. Please make sure your
server knows that you have an allergy, as opposed to a preference, and ask your server to inform the kitchen staff to ensure they take all necessary precautions such as changing gloves between handling an order with nuts and your order.

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?

We typically close on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. We also close from time to time for maintenance, weather, and our annual staff party. Please check our social media for non-holiday closings.
