ARE YOU A FULL-SERVICE DINE-IN RESTAURANT OR QUICK COUNTER SERVICE RESTAURANT?
Each location has two sides to the restaurant. If you would like a full-service dine-in experience, please head inside and see the host for seating and a server will take your order. If you are looking for quick counter service or are picking up a carry-out order, for now, you will need to place or pick-up your order at the outdoor slice window, as our inside counter service seating and ordering areas are not currently available at either location. We hope to get those additional indoor seating and ordering areas back open soon. Please do not order at the slice window and then try to take your order to the dine-in side of the restaurant as those tables are exclusively for customers who have been assigned a table by our host and order at the table with a server. Carry-out orders may be placed by phone, in person at the slice window, by downloading our Five Points Pizza app, or online on our website.

UPDATE: Our inside counter service seating and ordering areas are now back open at our Charlotte Avenue location (and full-service dine-in and carry-out are open at both locations).

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?
We do not take reservations. All tables are sat on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to arrive early to place your name on the waitlist if you plan to dine at a peak time.

CAN I PLACE A DINE-IN ORDER IN ADVANCE OR WHILE WAITING?
Unfortunately, you may not order in advance if you plan to sit at a full-service table, as it negatively impacts the flow of the restaurant and the dining experience for our customers. Feel free to ask the host to grab some kid dough for your kids to play with while you wait, grab a beer at the bar, or wander around the neighborhood and the host will text or call you when your table is ready. If you are crunched for time, please order from the slice window or place a carry-out order. Once we get the indoor counter service side of the restaurant back open, you will be able to order and grab any available seat at the counter while you wait for your name to be called out.

DO YOU CATER?
We don’t provide traditional catering services, but we would love to work with you on an advance large order for your event. Give us a call or send us a message on our contact form and we will be back in touch as soon as possible to help ensure that you order the correct amount and stay within your budget. Our phone lines open at 10 a.m.

DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently have delivery available with UberEats, and you can place an order for delivery on our website by clicking “Delivery,” by downloading the UberEats app or going to their respective website. Service fees for this service are to be determined from time to time by the third-party delivery service. We hope that our delivery partners are delivering food in a timely and professional manner. During times of high volume, delivery service may not be available.

WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Vegan: Our dough and sauce is 100% vegan and you may substitute vegan cheese on any pizza or Stromboli for a small upcharge. We also carry vegan pepperoni, and our garlic knots may be made vegan by requesting that the kitchen leave off the pecorino romano. All salads can be made vegan upon request.

Gluten: We make our dough from scratch and hand-toss our pies, so there is flour everywhere (in the mixer, in the ovens, on the make-line, in the air, and covering our kitchen employees). Unfortunately, as much as we would love to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we just don’t have an area in the kitchen available to dedicate to making truly gluten free items.

Nut Allergies: We keep walnuts on the salad line and use them in our pesto sauce, however, our employees have been trained to take all allergies very seriously. Please make sure your server knows that you have an allergy, as opposed to a preference, and ask your server to inform the kitchen staff to ensure they take all necessary precautions such as changing gloves between handling an order with nuts and your order.

DO YOU SERVE BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR?
Each location has 16 rotating taps, and a variety of canned and bottled domestics. We also offer house wine on tap by the glass or carafe, and a select variety of wines by the bottle. We do not have a full liquor bar, but we serve Bloody Marys and mimosas on the weekend.

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?
We typically close on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. We also close from time to time for maintenance, weather, and our annual staff party. Please check our social media for non-holiday closings.
